1. Brochure
   • Now completed; was very time consuming.
   • Input from many people in ATLAS, from teachers, from secretaries and even families.
   • Completed except for changes by Director General.
   • Available for CERN Open House - early April.
   • Many lessons learned for future projects.
2. Video
   • Agreed on a general outline.
   • Subcommittee will continue work.
   • The outline will be revised and given some more detail (within two weeks).
   • Next the video's director (at NIKHEF) will examine the outline, make comments and request further information and clarifications.
3. Outreach in Sweden http://vanh.physto.se/~hoc/ including Hands on CERN described by Erik Johansson.
4. US Proposal for High School Student Involvement in Data Analysis at LHC Turn-on.
5. ATLAS Public Pages - must follow CERN format for experiments
   • Preliminary version available at http://www.cern.ch/atlas/
   • These are not the so-called "ATLAS educational pages."
6. Survey of Outreach Activities by ATLAS institutions
   • The question is whether it would be useful to document outreach activities by members of ATLAS at their home institutions
   • Only limited discussion occurred.
